We work with project managers, HR and travel coordinators housing workers for months at a time.

How close is this to the jobsite?
Every one of our homes is within 25 miles of the Terafab site at Gibbons Creek, in the closest city with full services. We give you the drive time for each home before you book.
Will it cost more than a hotel or Airbnb?
Compare one monthly price against a nightly rate times 30. Our homes come furnished with a full kitchen, in-unit laundry, utilities, Wi-Fi and parking, so crews aren't paying for restaurant meals and laundromats on top of rent.
Do you have enough beds for my crew?
We have 16 furnished units with 35 beds. If one home can't fit your whole crew, we put you in several of ours, with one point of contact for all of them.
Are utilities included, or do I set up accounts?
Water, electric, gas, sewer and internet are all included and paid by us. You get one predictable housing cost, with no accounts to open or close.
Why not just book on Airbnb?
You rent straight from us. We provide the homes ourselves, so there's no middleman and no booking or service fees.
Can you invoice my company?
Yes. Companies can pay directly, and we provide invoices and receipts for company-paid housing. Booking several homes at once goes through one request.

Terafab is going up at Gibbons Creek in Grimes County, northwest of Houston. Our homes are in Bryan–College Station, the closest city with full services.
Bryan is about 19 miles from the site in a straight line, and College Station about 16. We give you the drive time from each home before you book.

All of our rentals are within 25 miles of the facility, in the closest city to the jobsite with everything workers need.
Do you provide furnished housing for Terafab contractors and workers?
Yes. We specialize in furnished rentals for contractors, project workers, supervisors and companies that need temporary or extended-stay housing near the Terafab project.
What areas do you have rentals in?
Our homes are in Bryan, College Station, Grimes County and surrounding areas. Availability changes, so we'll tell you which of our homes fit your commute, dates and crew size.
How far are Bryan and College Station from the Terafab project?
Drive times depend on the home's exact location and traffic. We give you an estimated drive time for each home so you can compare before booking.
Crew and company housing
Can you provide housing for an entire construction crew?
Yes. Tell us your crew size, move-in date, expected length of stay and housing preferences, and we'll house your team in our homes.
Can we rent multiple properties at the same time?
Yes, subject to availability. If one home isn't big enough for your whole crew, we put you in several of ours.
Do you work directly with employers and contractors?
Yes. We work with individual workers and with companies arranging housing for employees, contractors and project crews.
Can you accommodate large crews?
We have 35 beds across 16 units. Send us your crew size and dates and we'll tell you how many are open.
Can workers share bedrooms?
Sleeping arrangements vary by home. We'll tell you the bedrooms, beds and maximum occupancy for each one.

Is there parking for work trucks?
Yes, every home has on-site parking. Tell us your vehicle count ahead of time so we can put you in the right home.
Can I park a work trailer at the property?
Yes, we can accommodate trailers. Not every home has room for one, so tell us ahead of time and we'll put you in one that does.
Is there enough parking for an entire crew?
Each home has parking for one vehicle per bed. If you need more, or you're bringing a trailer, tell us and we'll plan for it.
